Abrasive Blasting & Liquid Honing Services

Industrial Metal Finishing, Inc., utilizes environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art technology to provide abrasive blasting and liquid honing solutions for clients in a variety of industries. Specializing in small to medium sized parts, we offer industry leading turnaround times and consistent surface finishes that meet customer expectations.

Based on the substrate and desired surface finish, IMF’s engineering team can recommend the appropriate abrasive blast media to remove surface contaminants prior to the application of coatings or to enhance the surface appearance or integrity. We are able to achieve variety of textures and micro finishes uniformly on all surfaces of part geometry.

Typically used on complex and delicate components, our liquid honing process uses a slurry of water, compound, and media to provide a clean, uniform micro surface. In addition to visual inspections, IMF utilizes profilometers to measure surface properties with precision resolution.

As a third generation family owned and operated business, we provide our customers with responsive service, rapid turnaround, and outstanding quality. To learn more about our abrasive blasting and liquid honing services, contact us today.
